Pilates

Pilates is an exercise philosophy created by Joseph H. Pilates. Pilates has stood the test of time to emerge as the smartest approach to shaping up, slimming down, and improving athletic ability in a wide range of activities. Emphasis is placed on movement quality, posture, flexibility, and strength. Pilates is a stress relieving and energizing way to achieve and maintain optimal fitness and well being. Synergy Studio offers pilates in a nurturing environment open to all. Sessions are offered in a variety of settings to serve the personal preferences and budgets of the entire community.
At Synergy Studio, we offer a variety of Pilates sessions including Privates and Semi-Privates by appointment, Reformer, and Group (Mat/Ball) classes at scheduled times.
Privates- one on one instruction with exposure to the wide variety of equipment designed by Joseph Pilates. Home programs can be issued if requested. By appointment. Single Privates are available for $70, or we offer packages of 4 for $270, and 8 for $530.
Semi Privates- duet (2 students) or trios (3 students) with one instructor. Students should be of similar fitness levels for an optimal experience for all participants. By appointment. Call for pricing.
