Knowing the importance of cardiovascular health, we have a cardio room to compliment the work done in the Pilates studio that is available to all clients. We provide assistance with monitoring Heart Rate and Blood Pressure and may ask for Physician approval to start a cardio program. The cardio room is available (only at the Avondale location) for unlimited use at a charge of $15 per month.
